Please read the instructions below for the three options to Lookup & Enroll in a new Part D plan for 2025
Option 1: (Preferred) Medicare Insurance Direct (MID)
Use the button below to visit Medicare Insurance Direct to lookup the best Part D plan AND enroll on the spot! No more waiting on the mail for paper applications, you will receive confirmation immediately upon enrollment and you will be all set for the plan to start January 1st, 2025. If you need help, please watch the instructional video below on how to use the site.
NOTE: CMS has given us limited time during the Annual Enrollment Period. This tool will allow you to create an account and save your prescription medication list for future use. In the following years, you will be able to log in, edit your medications if necessary and easily run the plan lookup again.
Option #2: Stay with your current plan
If you like your Part D plan and you would like to stay with it, no action is needed. Your plan will rollover to next year.
*If your current Part D plan is with Mutual of Omaha, you will need to get a new plan as they will no longer be in the business in 2025.
Option #3: Call 1-800-Medicare
If you cannot use the MID link and still would like to shop around, please call 1-800-Medicare to enroll in a new plan (1-800-633-4227).
